Carolina is a UNC business school graduate with an uncanny attention to detail that keeps her clients coming back for more. And don’t let her innocent smile fool you! She’s got Spanish blood running through her veins and can pack a strong punch when the time comes to negotiate pricing and scheduling on behalf of her clients.

Running a business is only a part of her daily life. She spends most of her “free” time with her family – an awesome husband she has fooled into thinking he wears the pants in the family, a very cool 9 year old daughter, an athletic ham of a 5 year old son and a curious baby girl who seems to be a mix of her two older siblings. The entrepreneur in her has considered starting a kids taxi service as she spends so much time transporting children from baseball to cheerleading to piano and more…

As children and military brats, Carolina and Daniel moved around quite a bit. They were often each other’s only friends for the first few months of every move which brought them very close (and probably the reason they are able to work so closely and effectively together on a daily basis today).  As the big sister, Carolina would come up with very creative games to play with (ie torture) her little brother. Some of these games included “lock Daniel in the closet until mom and dad come home so I don’t have to babysit” and “act like I’m really hurt when Daniel hits me until I make him cry”.

Blink Marketing is by far her most successful and challenging creative ‘game’ to date. Working diligently, she has turned Blink into a global success along with her brother and a few others by her side to play along! She’s not only Daniel’s big sister and best friend but someone we learn from on a daily basis.

Daniel is definitely one of a kind. He is the life of the party and has more energy than any adult we’ve ever met! When he tells a story, you will either be completely interested or he will exaggerate the details to make sure you are completely interested.

With a BSBA from East Carolina University, (probably more “BS” than the rest :) he’s the best at working through complex projects and genuinely welcomes a challenge. Don’t let his spelling fool you! With his expertise in international importing and custom made products, Daniel works endlessly behind the scene to ensure your product comes out the way you want it, the first time, every time!

With a family of 5 and 2 dogs, Daniel is a kid at heart. If you ever work with Daniel, there is a good chance he will call you in a different accent. Actually, there is a good chance he will do this every time he calls you! But as easy going and fun as he is, he does have his quirks. He despises the feel of a cotton ball, gags at the site of peanut butter and has to leave the room when people sing to one another! He is part Tasmanian devil, part big kid, part amazing father and will without a doubt become one of your best friends.

Jenny is one of those people that draws attention when she walks in a room…and it’s not just for the sunshine that follows her around. Jenny’s 5′ 11″, thin, slam dunkin’ frame is hard to ignore! While she may be tall enough to have her head in the clouds, she is totally grounded and consistently comes up with creative solutions to the most complex tasks.

With a degree from Murray State University in Marketing & Public Relations, Jenny thought her career path was in the professional sports industry. A true competitor at heart, she gained invaluable experience while working in sales and corporate event planning at the Denver Rapids and Nashville Predators. Although sad to leave it behind, she was ready for the next challenge and fortunately found a fit with Blink Marketing where she could use her natural ability to think outside of the box, plan events, be creative, meet deadlines and succeed while also using the knowledge she gained in sports. Now she has the best of both worlds…professional sports clients (along with many other companies) and a creative environment for her ideas!

Her sweet southern charm (probably enhanced while attending college in Kentucky!) makes people gravitate to her. She has friends in cities around the country – many of which are her Blink clients that just couldn’t get enough of her during business hours.

You know you have Jenny’s full attention when she starts responding periodically in a soft, drawn out “Riiiiiiiiii-ght”. She is one cool little lady and we sure miss her now that she has left the nest and moved to NYC to open and run our brand new Blink office.

Danny joins Blink Marketing as Executive Coach and Promotional Consultant.  As the former President of an international healthcare company and a retired Air Force Brigadier General, his background reads like Superman’s resume.  Given his vast executive experience, he is one of our strongest advocates in the use of promotional products in growing businesses.

Danny and his Spanish wife have traveled and lived all over the world.  From Europe to New Zealand, they love traveling and experiencing new adventures.

We’re lucky to have Danny’s vast wealth of knowledge and experience to apply to multiple levels of our business.
